I really need this soOoo much la, especially after AKT training. My back is aching now after Sunday morning + afternoon training. I have to keep doing waist bending exercise or hunch my back once in awhile to ease the ache.
But I was quite happy during yesterday AKT training. I taya-tare with Nishida Sensei a couple of times yesterday, and he smile at me when I keiko him plus plus he say my Keiko with him was good!!! Haha~
